The Impact Siege of Pre-Habitable Worlds: From the Moon to Our Solar System and Beyond

This Friday we will be hosting Dr. Alexander Evans from the Department of Earth, Environmental, and Planetary Sciences at Brown University for our annual Bromery Lecture. He earned his PhD from MIT in 2013, served as a postdoc at Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory, and is currently the co-Chair for the National Society of Black Physicists. Moreover, Dr. Evans serves as CEO or chair for several other charitable organizations and is lead PI on two NASA solar system and Lunar data projects.

The talk will be preceded by a short preamble by Dr. Michael Williams on Dr. Bromery and his legacy.
