WFCR (FM 88.5) Morning Edition hosted two short interviews with the Nevado Sajama crew. On 23 June 97, Ray Bradley got a chance to talk a little bit about the significance of the project. On 27 June 97, Carsten Braun and Doug Hardy were interviewed via satellite phone from the summit of Sajama to offer some more details about the project and the actual conditions at the top of the volcano!

Two formats of each interview are available. Most platforms will require the original WAV recording (11 KHz, 8-bit, mono PCM format). Some PCs should be able to use the versions compressed with MSN audio codec, which are much smaller (232k versus 1140k, and 417k versus 2053k). The quality is nearly the same.
