Summary of efforts at the Sajama weather station, April/May 1998:
Raised height of mast and all sensors by 1.0 meter; improved design for extending mast.
Downloaded data from station, changed data storage module, and changed operating system of datalogger; installed new datalogger program.
Replaced GOES transmitter with improved version (firmware update), under special arrangement with Campbell Scientific and Telonics.
Replaced two damaged (but still functioning) thermocouples.
Rebuilt lower wind sensor and repaired wiring problem.
Replaced aspirated and non-aspirated temperature/humidity sensors; sent original sensors out for recalibration and inspection.
