Larsen receives Fulbright

Headshot of Dr. Isaac Larsen

Assistant Professor Dr. Isaac Larsen has received a Fulbright Scholarship for Spring 2020! Dr. Larsen will be traveling to Austria to study the influence of climate change on landscape-scale erosion rates.  He will be working with faculty at the University of Salzburg and teaching courses to Austrian students on both using analytical tools to solve problems in earth surface dynamics and on academic career skills.  His research will involve measuring 10Be concentrations in Pleistocene and Holocene sediments to quantify erosion rates for the region during each period.
