I work as the Outreach Coordinator for the UMass portion of the Consortium for Climate Risk in the Urban Northeast (CCRUN), a research group funded under NOAA's Regional Integrated Sciences and Assessment program. I coordinate the New England Climate Network, which encourages interdisciplinary climate research at UMass and region-wide. I develop and maintain NEclimate.org to advertise news and events related to climate change in the New England region and organize the New England Climate Colloquium, a speaker series which focuses on various themes related to climate change, impacts, and solutions. I received a Master of Science in Geosciences at UMass Amherst in 2010 for my research on lake sediment paleoclimatology and biogeochemistry at Lake El'gygytgyn in Northeastern Siberia.
