· Can you discuss the geographic patterns and relationships in the mapped data?
Step 12: Think about a model representing the concepts, data and tools we have discussed.
· Based on your reading, is the following a reasonable and testable proposition? Explain.
‘Populations with lower Human Development Indices suffer disproportionally in natural disasters’.
· If so, and generally speaking, what might you suggest as an actionable and timely strategic course of action to minimize casualties?
