Lodging

Accomodations are at the UMass Campus hotel

Meals

Vouchers provided for meals at the award winning UMass dining services. We will primarily use the Campus Center and Franklin Dining commons.

Travel to UMass

Hartford/Springfield airport is nearest to campus (40 min travel) though international travellers may find arrival at Boston's Logan airport to be more convenient (120 min travel). We will run several Geoscience department vans to and from the airports on the afternoon/evening of Tuesday, May 12th and the afternoon of Friday, May 15.

Child and Family Care

The UMass Office of Family Resources has collected a variety of resources for families in need of child and elder care.  The office lists a variety of ways to find local babysitting including advertising for babysitting on the UMass student employment office.
